Faraday Projects was engaged as an Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) to review and oversee the integrated systems testing across three new industrial buildings at Westpoint Drive, Hobsonville, totaling over 13,780m².

Our work focused on reviewing commissioning documentation and facilitating full cause-and-effect testing of fire, HVAC, access control, lighting, and BMS systems to verify operational readiness.

The development includes high-stud warehouses, office/showroom spaces, secure yards, and large canopies, supporting logistics and distribution operations.
